Client Relation Executive
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, tele-calling, follow-ups, and coordinating with colleges and educational institutions to promote our courses and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales tele-calling and follow up with prospective clients such as colleges, institutions, and educational organizations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with colleges and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Create awareness about the courses and services offered by the company.
- Maintain and update databases of colleges and institutions.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with a minimum at least of 1 year of experience will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
