To develop and manage business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector by promoting the
company's forged components and engineering solutions, maintaining strong customer
relationships, generating new business, and ensuring timely execution of customer
requirements to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Execution
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors such as Oil & Gas,
Automotive, Railways, Defence, and Aerospace.
* Drive Sales growth through lead conversion, relationship-building, and timely follow-
ups.
* Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly
and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Management
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring high service quality and
on-time delivery.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and resolve any
operational issues proactively.
3. Market Intelligence
* Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support sales strategy.
* Share timely insights on sector-specific opportunities with management.
4. Coordination & Reporting
* Liaise with internal teams including Production, Quality, and Logistics to ensure
seamless order execution.
* Maintain sales reports, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM or relevant
formats.
5. Marketing Support
* Work with the marketing team to create product brochures, presentations, and trade
show support materials.
* Support follow-ups on leads generated through digital or offline campaign
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
