*Key Responsibilities*
* Overall Office Administration & Operations
* Manage Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
* Coordinate with Delivery Team for timely deliveries
* Follow-up for Bills Receivable & Outstanding
* Manage Staff Attendance (In-Time / Out-Time)
* Vendor, Facility & Office Asset Management
* Inventory & Stock Coordination
* Maintain Office Discipline & Daily Administrative Activities
* Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
* Handle courier, stationery, utility bills and office maintenance
* Support Management with administrative and operational tasks
*Candidate Requirements*
* Must have *5–10 years of Administrative experience*
* *Distribution Channel experience will be prefered*
* Experience in *FMCG or Mobile Distribution Industry* will be preferred
* Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
* Strong knowledge of *MS Excel*
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Strong follow-up, documentation and problem-solving skills
* Honest, proactive and capable of working independently
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
