Hiring: Senior Civil Engineer (6+ Years Experience)

GM Buildcon is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer for our Arunya Dehu site. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management, execution, and site supervision.
Full-site execution & supervision of structural and finishing works
Managing contractors, labour, materials & daily site operations
Preparing DPRs, BOQs, RA bills and monitoring timelines
Coordinating with project head, vendors & subcontractors
Ensuring quality, safety compliance, timeline adherence & cost control
Tracking project progress and maintaining documentation
- Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience in civil construction (residential preferred)
Strong knowledge of execution, quality control, and MEP coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project
Ability to lead teams and handle site-level challenges
Good communication & reporting skills
BE Civil / Diploma Civil
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
