Job description of Field Sales Executive-
A Field Sales Executive in the automobile industry drives vehicle sales by proactively visiting prospective customers, identifying their needs, demonstrating vehicle features, and closing deals. They are responsible for meeting monthly sales targets, maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, and managing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, typically in a designated territory.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new leads through field visits, networking, and following up on inquiries to build a robust customer base.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with potential buyers to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable automobile options.
- Vehicle Demonstration & Test Drives: Showcasing vehicle features, benefits, and technical specifications, including taking customers on test drives.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating prices, financing options, and insurance, then closing sales deals to meet assigned quotas.
- Documentation & Reporting: Completing sales documentation, processing, and handling paperwork related to financing, insurance, and vehicle registration.
- After-Sales Service: Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for referrals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates from the automobile or relevant industries.

- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license along with Bike is required, along with a passion for automobiles and market knowledge.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is minimum; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Number of customer visits/leads generated.
- Customer satisfaction scores .
