- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or a Master’s degree in Chemistry/Agriculture.
- Experience: Typically 5–12 years in agrochemical, pesticide, or specialty chemical manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of MRP/SAP scheduling systems, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and deep understanding of hazardous chemical safety (OSHA/HSE)
- Raw Materials: Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure the timely delivery of chemical inputs, solvents, and packaging materials.
- Stock Tracking: Track work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overproduction.
- Logistics: Support export documentation and coordinate finished-goods dispatch with shipping teams.
