Qualifications:
- B. Tech in Electrical Engineering MANDATORY
- 4-5 years of experience in electrical project (High rise building) management
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee electrical projects related to building maintenance, including design, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Lead project teams in the implementation of electrical systems, including DG sets (15 KVA to 1500 KVA), synchronizing panels, AMF panels, and power distribution panels.
- Conduct site assessments, prepare project plans, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise in the selection, installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment, such as transformers (up to 2000 KVA), AC compressors, pumps, and heat treatment systems.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues during installation and commissioning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and manuals, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct final inspections and tests of installed systems to ensure they meet operational standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall building infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in electrical project management, especially in building maintenance contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of LT electrical panels, synchronizing panels, DG sets, and control panels.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements related to electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimizing electrical systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients.
