Job Summary:
The Field Sales and Asset Recovery Specialist is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and recovering company assets. This role involves traveling to meet clients, assessing and negotiating sales opportunities, and implementing strategies for the recovery of assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Conduct field visits to locate and recover company assets, such as equipment or machinery.
Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure the proper handling of recovered assets.
Develop and maintain a detailed database of assets, including location, status, and condition.
Implement strategies to minimize asset loss and maximize recovery efficiency.
Prepare reports on asset recovery activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry specific to the company].
Experience in asset recovery, collections, or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
