About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Admissions Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students toward the right career path while achieving admission targets through effective counseling and relationship building.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, coaching centers, or student counseling environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into admissions.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and campus tours.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Handle admission documentation and enrollment procedures.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in handling students and parents.
- Ability to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
