What you'll do
Team & Operations
- Manage a team of full-timers and interns across content, social and client services
- Set quarterly goals and run weekly and monthly review rhythms
- Hire and onboard new team members as we scale
- Coach the team on craft — writing, strategic thinking, client communication
Client Work
- Lead pitches for new business — strategy, ideation, deck-building, presentation
- Own a handful of active client accounts at any time — monthly reviews, strategic direction, escalation point
- Develop brand and content strategy for clients
- Convert client work into case studies and outbound material
Brand & Content
- Set the strategy for our owned brand channels
- Ideate campaigns and content directions; the team executes
- Review and approve monthly calendars before they go live
- Identify and lead expansion onto new platforms when it makes sense
New Business Vertical
- Partner with the founder to shape the strategy, positioning and go-to-market for a new vertical we're setting up
- Research the space, identify opportunities, and lead the early outbound and pitching
Must have:
- 4–6 years of experience in a brand, content or creative strategy role at an agency or in-house brand team
- A track record of leading client conversations — pitching, presenting, defending creative work to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing people — formal team leadership not required, but you must have meaningfully led others' work
- Strong portfolio of brand or content work you've led — case studies you can walk us through
- Sharp written communication — you'll write decks, briefs, and client communications regularly
- Comfortable being measured on outcomes, not just activity
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
