Key Responsibilities:
· Accountable for overall Hub Operations in line with operational standards and company policies.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering consistent service and effectively managing customer escalations.
· Maintain 100% compliance with Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP), SOPs, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Prepare and review operational dashboards and reports with the Hub team and Area Manager on a regular basis.
· Manage hub budgeting, cash handling, petty cash accounting, and reconciliation as per financial guidelines.
· Control operational costs and maintain Cost Per Shipment (CPS) within the approved budget while ensuring profitable operations.
· Ensure compliance with commercial, statutory, and operational requirements through coordination with relevant departments.
· Lead and manage the hub team through regular meetings, motivation, training, and performance monitoring, while controlling attrition.
· Ensure timely recruitment and staffing to maintain required manpower levels.
· Promote employee engagement initiatives and address grievances through open house discussions and corrective actions.
· Ensure safety of employees, facility, and shipments, while maintaining high standards of workplace hygiene.
· Monitor Team Leader performance and real-time shipment tracking, ensuring proactive action on undelivered shipments.
· Ensure proper cash collection, ERP reconciliation, recoveries, stock audits, and inventory accuracy at all times.
· Coordinate with local vendors and external stakeholders, including environmental bodies, as required.
· Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and error reduction.
· Ensure achievement of Hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimal capacity utilization.
· Maintain strong operational knowledge of serviceable PIN codes, routes, and delivery networks.
Required Qualification: MBA/BBA in Logistics & SCM
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, courier, or warehouse operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or team management role.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
