Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead end-to-end civil project execution and billing operations for large-scale EPCC projects, particularly in Railways and State Government sectors. The candidate will be responsible for project delivery, contractual compliance, billing management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage all civil construction activities across multiple EPCC projects.
- Ensure timely execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and schedules.
- Drive project planning, resource mobilization, construction methodology, and sequencing.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
2. Government Projects (Railways & State Departments)
- Ensure compliance with Indian Railways standards, codes, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Railway officials, State Government authorities, consultants, and auditors.
- Ensure adherence to contract conditions, safety regulations, and reporting standards.
- Manage inspections, measurements, certifications, and statutory approvals.
3. Civil Billing & Measurement
- Head and manage end-to-end civil billing activities across projects.
- Ensure accurate preparation of Measurement Books (MB), RA bills, and final bills.
- Validate quantities with BOQs, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Review and certify contractor/subcontractor bills in coordination with site teams.
- Manage variation orders, extra items, deviations, escalation claims, and contractual disputes.
- Liaise with clients (Railways / Government / Consultants) for bill certification and approvals.
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC systems across all project sites.
- Enforce safety standards, statutory compliance, and environmental norms.
- Maintain proper documentation including test reports, method statements, and compliance records.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure zero-incident project execution.
5. Government Compliance & Audit Handling
- Ensure adherence to Indian Railways and State Government billing procedures and norms.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and verifications.
- Maintain all statutory, contractual, and client-specific documentation.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
