The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make Chemistry concepts simple, practical, and engaging for students. English proficiency of the teacher is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry as per the school curriculum and academic plan.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain concepts through examples, experiments, activities, and practical demonstrations.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, exams, and academic planning.
Required Qualification:
- Postgraduate in Chemistry or related subject.
- B.Ed. mandatory as per school norms.
- Prior teaching experience will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
