Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, requires a skilled and creative Interior Designer and Architect. The professional will be responsible for space planning, creating architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, and selecting Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). The role involves engaging with clients, managing projects from concept to completion, and collaborating with team members to deliver impeccable design solutions tailored to client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality and design aesthetics
- Experience in Architecture and Interior Design to create and implement innovative concepts
- Ability to develop detailed and precise Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
- Strong project management and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Prior experience in handling residential and commercial projects is an advantage
