Reporting To: Product Development Manager / R&D Head
The Assistant Research Associate will support bioprocess product development activities by assisting in technical documentation, patent support, and application-focused design of bioprocessing and single-use solutions for biologics manufacturing.
Assist in preparation of patent documentation, technical specifications, and design records
Support development and optimisation of products for:
Provide application-oriented design inputs and support design corrections under guidance
Assist in scientific and technical project proposal preparation
Support funding agency submissions and grant documentation
Compile experimental data, reports, and technical summaries
Collaborate with R&D, product development, manufacturing, quality, and project teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
Exposure to bioprocessing, cell culture systems, or single-use technologies preferred
Good technical writing, documentation, data handling, and communication skills
Basic understanding of GMP and regulated product development is an advantage
