Job Title: Production Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer with strong knowledge of welding processes and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring quality output, and leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Handle and supervise MIG, TIG, and Laser welding processes
- Work with material thickness ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm
- Monitor production quality and implement improvements
- Manage and lead the production team efficiently
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning departments
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, manpower, and materials
- Maintain safety standards and follow company policies
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in production or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Laser welding
- Experience in handling sheet metal fabrication
- Proven team handling and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in fabrication or heavy engineering industry
