We are looking for a Associate Help Desk Engineer. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills along with sound technical knowledge to provide efficient support to users. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers/end users through voice calls.
- Good Communication Skills
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets using the helpdesk system.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues as per defined SLAs.
- Deliver clear and professional communication while assisting users.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Helpdesk/Technical Support.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of basic IT concepts (Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics, troubleshooting).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ticketing tools and remote support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
