Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC systems.
- Carry out electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and minor installations.
- Handle plumbing repairs, leak rectification, and maintenance.
- Inspect hotel facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report completed work.
- Coordinate with hotel managers regarding maintenance schedules.
- Travel to assigned hotel properties and stay on-site when required until work is completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Travel Requirement
- The technician will be based at one designated hotel/property.
- Travel to other company-owned hotel locations will be required.
- Assignments may require staying at another property for 2–3 days or longer depending on project requirements.
- Travel, accommodation, and approved work-related expenses will be reimbursed/covered by the company.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs.
- Ability to work independently and solve maintenance issues.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, or facility management is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
