We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fabrication Site Supervisor to oversee fabrication and installation work at various project sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site operations, supervising labour, coordinating with clients, preparing billing, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication and erection activities at project sites.
- Manage labour attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and the office team.
- Prepare site measurements, billing, and daily progress reports.
- Maintain labour records, material consumption, and project documentation.
- Ensure work is executed safely and according to drawings and specifications.
- Resolve site issues and report project progress to management.
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, billing, and project tracking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fabrication, structural steel, or PEB site supervision.
- Good knowledge of fabrication drawings, measurements, and billing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving licence for travelling between project sites.
- Must have a personal laptop for preparing reports, billing, and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
