Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts including nights (Night Shift Allowances will be provided)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas.
- Provide tailored travel itineraries ensuring comfort, convenience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information with utmost professionalism.
- Offer proactive travel advisory services, including destination insights, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to secure premium bookings and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requirements efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate travel consulting, preferably handling VIP clients.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex itineraries.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and customer service orientation.
