About Glatro
Glatro is a hyperlocal marketplace that connects customers with local vendors and enables quick delivery across multiple product categories. We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to help us grow our customer base and increase app downloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow Glatro's Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create content calendars and coordinate content publishing.
- Run and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and promotional content.
- Support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools.
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
