About the Role
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products end-to-end—from intuitive frontend experiences to scalable backend services. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work on customer-facing features, collaborate closely with AI, Product, and Design teams, and see your work deployed to enterprise customers every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end product features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Python backend.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, migrations, and queries.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain features in production using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Rapidly prototype new features, validate them with users, and refine them for production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers to integrate LLM-powered capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Work directly with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Backend development experience using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) or Node.js, with a willingness to primarily work in Python.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver features iteratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered product features.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Previous startup experience or a portfolio of side projects that have been shipped to real users.
- Familiarity with scalable SaaS applications and modern software architecture.
