We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves extensive fieldwork, direct customer interaction, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and handle contract agreements
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
