We are looking for Customer Care staff with 2-4 years of experience. The role involves handling customer enquiries for Justdial and IndiaMART, attending phone calls and preparing and sending quotations to customer
Basic Requirements:
- Good computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills
- Languages required: Telugu, Hindi & English
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries for Justdial and IndiaMART, including phone calls
- Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and on time
- Follow up with customer for order confirmation and updates
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and customer details
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
