We are expanding our UAE remote sales operations in Kochi and are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to establish, manage, and grow our sales team.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the company’s revenue growth targets by recruiting, training, supervising, and managing a high-performing B2B sales and telecalling team in Kochi.
The selected candidate must have practical experience in B2B service sales, team management, telecalling, lead conversion, revenue monitoring, and target achievement. The role requires daily coordination with the UAE management and sales operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the UAE B2B services market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and build a productive sales and telecalling team.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to each sales team member.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, invoicing, collections, and revenue performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that sales executives consistently follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Improve lead-to-client conversion rates and reduce inactive or unattended leads.
- Identify potential UAE companies requiring business setup, PRO, compliance, vendor registration, prequalification, accounting, taxation, HR, and corporate support services.
- Manage B2B cold calling, database calling, email campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, and online lead enquiries.
- Prepare revenue forecasts, sales reports, team performance reports, and management updates.
- Coordinate with the Abu Dhabi operations team to ensure proper service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, documentation, accounts, and management teams.
- Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities among existing clients.
- Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, proposals, invoices, payments, and client communications in the CRM.
- Recruit additional sales employees based on business requirements and performance targets.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching, training, or corrective action.
- Ensure that the sales team follows company policies, reporting procedures, and professional communication standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B service sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales or telecalling team.
- Proven record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Strong experience in telecalling, cold calling, lead qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales teams.
- Ability to monitor employees daily and maintain strict performance accountability.
- Strong knowledge of sales pipelines, conversion ratios, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Experience using CRM, cloud telecalling, WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work from Kochi while managing clients and business opportunities in the UAE.
- Strong ownership, discipline, and result-oriented working style.

What We Expect
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can personally contribute to sales while simultaneously building and managing the team. This is not only a supervisory position. The selected candidate must actively participate in client calls, negotiations, closing, team recruitment, training, and revenue generation.
