Car Driver- Duties & Responsibilities (D&R)
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely drive the Management Peoples to meetings, office locations, business visits, airports, and other destinations.
- Ensure the Management Peoples reaches destinations safely, comfortably, and on time.
- Plan travel routes considering traffic conditions and alternative roads to avoid delays.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Management Peoples's personal and business information.
Vehicle Management
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before use (engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, fuel level, etc.).
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule regular servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, pollution certificates, and fitness checks.
- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies.
- Maintain a valid driving license and ensure all vehicle documents are up to date.
- Drive responsibly with a strong focus on passenger safety.
- Report accidents, vehicle damage, or mechanical issues immediately.
Administrative Support
- Assist with the delivery and collection of confidential documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
- Support the Management Peoples with travel logistics and airport pickups/drop-offs.
- Be available for extended working hours, weekends, or outstation travel whenever required.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Demonstrate punctuality, discipline, and reliability.
- Avoid the use of mobile phones while driving, except through approved hands-free systems if necessary.
- Follow instructions from the Management Peoples and management promptly and professionally.
Skills Required
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of city routes, highways, and GPS navigation.
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (preferred).
- Valid LMV Driving License (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, or MD Driver.
- Experience driving premium/luxury vehicles is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
