Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant cum Office Assistant to support daily office administration activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as required.
- Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and facility-related activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in administration/office coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in office administration, facility management, or front desk coordination will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary: ₹15000 to 18000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
