Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp and creative Content Writer to join our marketing team. This is a junior, performance-driven role for someone who understands the art of writing content that converts, stays on top of trends and can work closely with video editors and designers to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling ad copies and scripts for Meta ads, short-form video content, statics, banners etc.
- Develop performance-driven content with a strong focus on hooks, headlines, CTR, and ROAS
- Lead and guide video editors and designers for execution, providing clear feedback and ensuring timely delivery
- Stay updated on ongoing trends, platform changes and content formats relevant to Meta and short-form video
- Conduct keyword research and use high-impact language to maximise content discoverability and performance
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align content with campaign goals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft crisp, engaging scripts and ad copies
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts including CTR, ROAS, and hooks
- High observation skills and ability to spot trends and translate them into relevant content
- Comfortable working with and giving direction to designers and video editors
- Self-driven, quick learner and willing to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior internship experience in content, copywriting, or performance marketing is a plus
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR or Gurugram preferred
Work Details:
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR preferred
- Working days: Monday-Friday in office, Saturday WFH
- Working hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
