Job Overview
Buddy Infotech Private Limited is looking for an experienced Telecaller who will be responsible for making calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into potential customers.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Update lead and customer details in the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller/Telesales Executive.
Good knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Experience in IT/Digital Marketing/Software services will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
