We are looking for Store Excutive for our prime Restaurant & Hotel - Immediate Joining
Job Responsibilities :-
1. Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain daily stock records of:
- Raw materials, Food, Vegetables, Ingredients & Beverages
- Packaging materials and Cleaning supplies
- Monitor opening stock, inward, consumption, and closing stock.
- Conduct daily / weekly / monthly physical stock verification.
- Update inventory in system.
2. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) & Inward Checking
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials.
- Match: Purchase Order (PO), Vendor invoice, Actual received quantity, Prepare GRN entries.
3. Store Operations
- Organize store systematically using FIFO/ FEFO methods.
- Ensure proper storage temperature and hygiene.
- Monitor expiry dates and damaged stock.
4. Cost Control
- Reduce: Food wastage, Pilferage/theft, Over-ordering
- Coordinate with kitchen and purchase department.
5. Vendor Coordination
- Follow up with suppliers for deliveries.
- Compare vendor rates.
- Maintain supplier records.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports like:
- Daily stock report
- Consumption report
- Variance report
- Slow-moving stock report
- Monthly inventory valuation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
