Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting the sales team by engaging with prospective clients and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Generate and qualify leads and share them with the sales team
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM or lead management systems
- Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into prospects
- Address customer queries and provide basic project information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience as a telecaller or customer support executive (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or channel partner coordination
- Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
- Fluency in local language(s) and English/Hindi (as applicable)
