- Preparation and management of payroll, salary.
- Handling statutory compliances ie. ESIC, PF etc
- Hiring of new employees, and verification of documents and generating challans
- Ensure smooth working of office staff and check housekeeping department
- Ensure utilities bills are paid in time regularly.
- Fostering discipline, safe and fun working culture.
- Maintains up-to date documentations and records.
- General admin office activities
