Over View: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our organization .The candidate will be responsible for Preparing precise architectural Drawings,layouts,and construction documents while supporting the design and execution teams in successful project delivery
Key Responsibilites:
- prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings based on design concepts, project requirements, and client inputs.
- coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams for necessary revisions.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Update drawings as per site conditions, execution changes, and feedback received from stakeholders.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and submission drawings for approvals.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and completeness before final submission.Support the project team in resolving technical drafting issues during execution.
Required skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
- Drafting specialization will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D Modeling Software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and drafting standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
