We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle inquiries received through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess strong sales skills, and be able to create customized holiday packages based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Understand client travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Design and prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Share quotations, itineraries, and package details with clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners for package preparation.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations sent, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after booking.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
- Experience handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Pay: ₹12,440.47 - ₹45,947.62 per month
