We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our brand presence and drive user acquisition. You won't be handed a standard corporate playbook; instead, you will be responsible for building our creator ecosystem from the ground up. You will identify the right voices, negotiate creatively, and execute campaigns that drive real, measurable growth for our conversational tech product. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Own the entire influencer lifecycle—from scouting and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and campaign execution.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and partner with creators across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms who align with our target audience (tech, utility, lifestyle, and local services).
- Performance Tracking: Move beyond vanity metrics. Track conversions, user acquisition costs (CAC), and overall ROI from influencer campaigns to continuously optimize spend.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with creators to develop authentic, engaging content that clearly communicates the value of our product without sounding like a traditional, stiff advertisement.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key influencers and agencies to secure priority placements and better rates.
- Growth Hacking: Experiment with micro-influencers, performance-based affiliate models, and viral loops to maximize reach on a lean budget.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media growth, ideally within the tech, app, or startup space.
- Entrepreneurial DNA: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for permission. You are scrappy, resourceful, and focused on getting things done and moving the needle.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can pitch our vision compellingly to creators and negotiate deals that make sense for both sides.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly analytical. You know how to set up tracking links, analyze campaign performance, and pivot strategy based on hard data.
- Trend Fluent: You live and breathe social media. You know what formats are working right now and how to leverage cultural moments for brand visibility.
