Procurement and Supplier Relations Manager
We are looking for a full-time India based to serve as our local representative with suppliers in Jaipur and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, independent, and comfortable communicating with both suppliers and international teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Act as STONOVIA's local representative with suppliers, factories, and business partners in Jaipur and surrounding areas.
* Visit suppliers, factories, warehouses, and production facilities as required.
* Follow up regularly on production status, purchase orders, samples, packaging, quality control, and shipment schedules.
* Take clear photos and videos of products, production progress, packaging, loading activities, and supplier facilities.
* Submit accurate reports, updates, photos, and videos to the management team on a timely basis.
* Coordinate supplier communications and ensure questions, requests, and issues are addressed promptly.
* Assist with quotation comparisons, price negotiations, lead-time discussions, and supplier terms under company guidance.
* Monitor order progress and proactively identify delays, quality concerns, communication gaps, or other supplier-related issues.
* Verify product quality, packaging, labeling, quantities, and shipment readiness when required.
* Maintain organized records of supplier communications, factory visits, quotations, and follow-up activities.
* Escalate urgent issues immediately and help coordinate solutions between suppliers and the overseas management team.
* Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with suppliers and key contacts.
* Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential new suppliers when required.
* Represent the company's interests professionally and ensure suppliers meet agreed expectations and timelines.
Job Requirements
* Based in Jaipur, India.
* Full-time availability.
* Fluent English with clear communication skills and a professional speaking accent.
* Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable visiting factories and supplier locations regularly.
* Strong reporting skills, including photos, videos, and written updates.
* Reliable internet connection, smartphone, and transportation for local travel.
Preferred Experience
* Procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or operations experience.
* Experience working with manufacturers, exporters, or factories.
* Construction materials, stone, home improvement, or building materials industry experience.
* Experience evaluating suppliers and managing production follow-ups.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹56,182.83 per month
