Qualification
- CA Qualified
- Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and related areas
Experience
- CA Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Guide and supervise junior accounting staff
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
