2+ years building software, with hands-on experience shipping features powered by generative AI /
LLMs
Strong prompt engineering — and a practical sense for when prompting isn't the right tool
Comfortable working inside existing codebases and integrating third-party APIs and webhooks
Working proficiency in Python or Node.js
A bias for shipping useful tools fast, and for measuring whether they actually help
Ability to translate a fuzzy business or marketing need into a working tool
Automating workflows with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
Familiarity with the marketing stack — CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho), email platforms, ad
platforms, analytics
RAG over internal documents / knowledge bases
Building evaluations / test harnesses for AI features (knowing whether outputs are actually good)
Conversational AI / WhatsApp Business API experience
Background in MarTech, digital marketing, or SaaS

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
