About the Role
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and proactive Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day building construction activities across our projects in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about construction, site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
Freshers with an ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering, as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure smooth site operations.
- Coordinate with labour teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor construction quality, finishing standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site measurements and assist with quantity verification, billing, and project documentation.
- Track material usage and maintain accurate inventory and site records.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, clients, and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards at the construction site.
Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Required).
- 0–2 years of experience in building construction or site supervision.
- Freshers with a strong technical understanding are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, site execution, and quality control.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of site measurement, billing, BOQ, or documentation will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
