Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Garden Maintenance cum Cow Shed Management Supervisor to oversee garden upkeep, landscaping activities, and day-to-day cow shed operations. The candidate should ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, manpower supervision, cattle care coordination, and smooth operational activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesGarden Maintenance
- Supervise daily garden maintenance activities.
- Monitor watering, pruning, grass cutting, fertilizer application, and plantation work.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of lawns, trees, and landscape areas.
- Coordinate with gardeners and external vendors when required.
- Maintain garden tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Plan seasonal plantation and beautification activities.
Cow Shed Management
- Supervise cow shed operations and cattle maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper feeding, watering, cleanliness, and hygiene of cattle.
- Monitor cow health condition and coordinate with veterinary doctors if required.
- Maintain proper records of feed consumption, milk production, and cattle movement.
- Ensure cow shed workers follow discipline and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock availability of cattle feed and related materials.
General Responsibilities
- Supervise manpower attendance and daily work allocation.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational discipline in all assigned areas.
- Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports for management.
- Coordinate with administration team for material requirements and operational support.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge in gardening and cattle management.
- Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Basic reporting and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and coordination ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in farm house, estate, dairy farm, factory campus, or institutional maintenance.
- Knowledge of organic farming or dairy operations will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to stay on-site if accommodation is provided.
