Job Description: Area Manager
Work in close collaboration with the Sales Support Team and report to Regional Manager / General Manager.
Experience in the Sales & Marketing of medical & Surgical consumables.
Meet the hospitals/Nursing homes/Owners/Decision makers to promote the concept of GPO (Group Procurement Organization).
Quick learner to understand and promote the concept of Medical and Surgical Aggregator Model.
Product knowledge of wide range of Medical & Surgical Consumables. Field experience of closely working with the Medical /Nursing/Bio medical Materials/ Department of the Hospitals/ Nursing.
Know the requirements of the customer and submit the customized commercial proposal. Rate negotiation and contract signing for the continuous supply. Coordinate with internal purchase Team/Operation Team/ Finance team.
Ensure the payment is collected on time as per the agreement T & C.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Create the customer data base and sending of weekly and monthly reports.
