Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in NPA Recovery and High Bucket Collections (90+ DPD)
- Strong exposure to portfolio management across products such as Two-Wheeler Loans, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Gold Loans, etc.
- Experience in handling Field Teams (FOS) and external collection agencies
- Expertise in skip tracing and delinquency reduction strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Role Highlights:

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
