Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable project solutions.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per agreed specifications.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
