About the Role
We at Fast Action Claims are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Intern to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our claims management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated legal and financial services environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with guidance from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Client Correspondence: Managing emails, calls, and letters to provide clients with updates on case statuses under supervision.
Document Preparation: Assisting in drafting legal documents such as claim forms and agreements, and filing documents as needed with guidance from senior team members.
Case Management: Maintaining and updating case files and databases, tracking deadlines, and key milestones in cases.
Data Entry: Inputting client details and maintaining accurate records of communications.
Client Onboarding: Collecting documents from new clients and assisting in setting up case files.
Invoices & Payments: Supporting the preparation and monitoring of invoices and assisting with debt recovery issues as required.
Liaising with Third Parties: Communicating with solicitors, courts, financial institutions, and regulators under the supervision of senior staff.
Scheduling: Managing team meetings, court dates, and important deadlines.
Legal Research: Conducting research on regulations or past cases to support ongoing claims.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that activities comply with financial and data protection regulations, as directed.
Debt Recovery Support: Drafting follow-up letters and assisting in escalating debt recovery issues, if needed.
Team Support: Providing general administrative support and contributing to team meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative or office support role. Freshers with strong skills are welcome to apply.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with email and internet-based tools.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional, courteous, and able to work well in a team environment.
Desirable (Not Mandatory)
Experience with office management software, CRM tools, or accounting software (e.g. Tally).
Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping procedures.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
What We Offer
Monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, commensurate with experience.
