This is an excellent opportunity to develop training modules for skilled based program. Based on your skill sets you will also get involved in designing programs. This could probably help you in graduating to delivering skills based workshops. At TQMS Global the role gets enhanced with performance and perfection.
The major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and development of the Training & Performance Support Materials
- Alignment of content & the customer needs through need analysis.
- Understand and identify the industrial, company and personal challenges and concerns.
- Develop post training material for post training support
- Support development of training evaluation materials.
The above position is on part time bases. Individuals with Post Graduation in Management and relevant 3-5 years experience in training can apply. Experience with, Adult Learning Concepts is encouraged. Strong oral & written communication skills with Computer literacy is a must.
