Job Summary
SS Hyundai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Trainer to enhance the technical and customer service capabilities of our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting training programs, improving employee performance, and ensuring adherence to Hyundai service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and behavioral training programs for service staff.
- Identify training needs through performance assessments and service audits.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai service processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with branch management to improve service team productivity.
- Maintain training records and submit periodic training reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile service operations or training.
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
- Hyundai dealership experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between branches if required.
