Required Skills
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in Tele calling / outbound sales .
· Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
· Confident in speaking with new people.
· Ability to handle rejection and continue calling.
· Comfortable using Excel, email, and social media platforms.
· Good listening and persuasion skills.
Role Summary
The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential jewellery retailers and business clients through phone calls, email outreach, and social media communication.
This role focuses on generating qualified business leads and building the first relationship with potential clients, which will later be handled by the sales team for deal conversion.
This is a performance-driven role suitable for candidates who enjoy communication, sales conversations, and achieving targets. Diamond industry experience is not required. We will provide product training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Mira Gems.
- Identify interested prospects and qualify their requirements.
- Generate new B2B leads for the sales team.
2. Multi-Channel Prospecting
Reach out to potential clients through:
- Cold Calling
- Email communication
- LinkedIn / Instagram outreach
- WhatsApp business communication
3. Follow-Up Management
- Maintain structured follow-up with prospects.
- Ensure every lead receives timely response.
- Build rapport with clients through professional communication.
4. Lead Qualification
- Understand basic client requirements.
- Filter serious prospects and pass qualified leads to the BDE / Sales Manager.
5. Sales Team Coordination
- Work closely with the sales and CRM teams.
- Ensure smooth lead transfer and communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
