Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team as an Inside Sales Representative – Cloud & Azure Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT solution selling, especially in Cloud/Azure sales, and possess strong communication and client engagement skills.
This role involves inside sales activities, lead generation, customer engagement, solution pitching, and, when required, meeting customers for business discussions and relationship development. It offers excellent exposure to enterprise IT sales and a strong career growth path within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Understand and articulate the company’s Cloud & IT solution portfolio including Azure, Microsoft Solutions, Cloud Services, Security, SAP, and Digital Transformation offerings.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and solution discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and account development.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, lead status, and activity tracking in CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives.
- Visit customers for meetings and business discussions whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Solution Sales, Cloud Sales, or Azure Sales.
- Experience in selling Microsoft Azure, Cloud Solutions, or IT Infrastructure solutions will be preferred.
- MBA/BBA graduates with specialization in Sales or Marketing are preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and position appropriate technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings as and when required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes is an added advantage.
