We are looking for an experienced Drayage Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience coordinating container movements and managing drayage operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Drayage Dispatcher.
- Knowledge of U.S. drayage, ports, and intermodal operations.
- Experience scheduling drivers and coordinating container pickups and deliveries.
- Familiarity with TMS/dispatch software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate container movements.
- Schedule port, rail, and warehouse appointments.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and terminals.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and resolve operational issues.
