We are hiring Sales Officer (B2B / B2C & Institutional Field Sales.
Role Overview
LearniLM World is an innovative EdTech platform dedicated to transforming language learning and academic excellence. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Officers to drive our expansion in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and selling our strategic language modules to educational institutions, private coaching centers, and individual learners.
Experience: Freshers welcome / Experienced candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities & Daily Routine
Institutional & Client Visits: Conduct a minimum of 15 physical visits per day to schools, coaching centers, language institutes, and prospective learners.
Market Mapping: Actively explore, map, and cover assigned territories across Kolkata to identify new business opportunities.
Product Demos: Deliver engaging product demonstrations to educators, institutional heads, and parents, highlighting how LearniLM's modules improve learning outcomes.
Field Operations: Commit to a minimum of 8 hours of dedicated daily field operations to build a robust sales pipeline.
Monthly Targets
Revenue Milestone: Achieve a mandatory minimum monthly sales revenue of ₹2.50 Lakhs not achieving salary with be paid pro rata.
What We Offer
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹21,000 per month + TA (Only achieving 2.50 Lakhs revenue.
Incentives: Uncapped, highly attractive performance-based incentives upon meeting and exceeding target milestones.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Skills: Strong communication and persuasive skills. Proficiency in the local languages (Bengali, Hindi, and English) is essential.
Assets: Must own a smartphone. Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a significant advantage for navigating the Kolkata terrain efficiently.
